I wish to Become/Renew my membership of the Isle of Man Youth Trials Club Limited, a company limited by guarantee and I agree to abide by its Articles of Association, club rules and the rules of the Auto Cycle Union. 

I understand and agree that my personal records may be maintained on a computer for administration purposes. I also understand that my personal details will not be passed on to third parties, without my express permission. 

I understand and agree that any photographs taken may appear on the Club web-site. I also understand that the Club will undertake to remove any photographic image of me from the web-site should I make such a request.
